More than one sanction per grant. Every seed grant keeps its own sanction ledger. The oldest entry is the initial sanction; anything sanctioned later, on any date, is an additional sanction. Amounts, the calendar year and the academic year on every screen are rolled up from that ledger, so a grant is never duplicated just to record more money.
